I have worked with Joe Kersey for almost 10 years and been involved in dozens of closings with him, either for my own portfolio or my clients'. He has tremendous experience and can see potential pitfalls long before they happen so the buyer doesn't get surprised. His company is flexible enough to find a solution if there is any potential one available. Atlantic Bay has very competitive rates and fees and both they and Joe are the only place I go when I need a 15 or 30 year loan.

This was my wife and I's first time getting a mortgage and we did not know much about the process at all. We were so fortunate to have Joe Kersey on our side to help us along the way. He was incredibly patient with our questions, no matter how simple or obvious the answers may have been, and was a true pleasure to work with. Our experience as a whole with Atlantic Bay Mortgage and specifically Joe and his team was nothing but positive. We cannot recommend them enough!

Joe was great to work with! He's flexible and knowledgeable. I had always heard getting a mortgage was awful but it wasn't nearly as bad as I'd imagined! Joe was straightforward about what we needed to turn in and we closed on time! His assistant Lindsay was always quick to respond and forward messages to Joe. I would absolutely recommend him!!

Keith and his group at Atlantic Bay Mortgage are amazing. All I had to do was provide them with the information they requested and sit back. Everything went smoothly and they take care of all the details and the in-betweens whether buying or refinancing from loan application through closing on your home. This was the 3rd time we've used Keith and his team since 2005, it has always been smooth sailing.....which is very helpful because buying, selling and moving is stressful enough!!!! I contacted Ms. Williams for a mortgage refinance, and she was very informative and took the time to explain all of the options available to me very thoroughly. Although Atlantic Bay Mortgage was not able to provide me a refinance, Ms. Williams went above and beyond to connect me with a mortgage company that could. I did not expect this level of customer service but am extremely pleased to have worked with her. I would definitely work with her again and give my strongest recommendation to future clients.
