We were able to contact Barbara, whom we originally had used to purchase the house 2 1/2 years ago, to refinance it at a much better rate. She coordinated with us and the 4 other people that worked on the refinance to ensure we got the documents they needed and did the e-signing without any issues. Instructions and needs in the emails and voice calls to us were concise and easily accomplished and each time confirmation of items sent were received ensuring that nothing was missing. Great team of people to work with.

Ali, of Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group, locked in the rate on the same day I contacted her. When things outside of their control didn't go my way, Atlantic Bay paid to extend the locked rate so I could complete the refinance. I highly recommend Ali and her team!
