We are so happy Melissa is our mortgage lender. We have used USAA for over 20 years; however, Melissa provided better customer service, ease of communication (cell, text, email, and in person) and was able to beat USAA’s rates. Working with her wasn’t just from 9-5, due to my work schedule and not having cells on hand she was able to provide second to known service late into the evening. We would definitely recommend her in the future to everyone especially service members!

The home buying experience with Melissa was a pleasant one. She was very diligent and thorough in guiding us through the whole process from start to finish. I was confident that our interests were her priority and we knew this because it felt as if we were her only clients based on her ability to respond and follow up to any and every request in a timely fashion. We are looking forward to doing business again with Melissa in the very near future.

Carrie was extremely helpful. She was extremely responsive to our needs. She returned calls promptly. She was available for questions early in the morning. It felt like she really cared about us as people and not just another sale. The whole process was easy with her. I have used many other bankers in the past and I will look for Carrie in the future to be our Mortgage Banker.

Linda was extremely helpful in getting us through the borrowing process for our home purchase. She kept us from making a misstep in choosing the type of loan we needed. Melissa was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire loan process.
