Highly recommend Atlantic Bay. We've used them for one mortgage purchase and two refinances and each one has been a smooth process. The most recent refinance with Jason Dewey was the best! The on-line application was easy to follow, it was simple to submit the required documents and the loan officer and his assistant were prompt in getting back to me. Great communication.
