Initially going into purchasing our very first home was very stressful, even using a family friend to help with the loan. We were referred to Sheena by our real estate team and that changed everything! Not only was the process much more sped up, but Sheena was extremely helpful. Stephen Funderburk and the team at Atlantic Bay are amazing! I don't have the best credit score, but Stephen worked to find a mortgage that fit my needs. They walked me through the process and helped me navigate the skills needed to send the required documents. Best mortgage experience I've had. Smooth and easy start to finish. Highly recommended. Part of the reason we weren't planning on buying a home was the usually long, drawn out, tedious mortgage process. This was quite the opposite.

We closed on our home a week ago. Ruth was outstanding in every aspect of the word. She is very professional and quick to respond if we had questions or concerns. We had a very tight timeline in which she assured everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Sheena Easter was super helpful! I would recommend her to anyone that’s buying a home. Very attentive and answered all my questions throughout the process as well as making sure I understood the whole process since I was a first time buyer.
