Janie Arrington was great to work with, this is my third home purchase and by far the fastest and easiest one I have done so far. She was extremely nice , reliable, and got back with me very quickly to answer and questions or concerns I had. I was able to lock in a great rate and put an offer in and close on my new house and move in all together in 30 days which was awesome. I would highly recommend and definitely work with her in the future. She knows a lot of tricks and tips in the field to help save you money as well.

My experience with working with Atlantic Bay Mortgage on my home loan re-fi was great. The Mathew Kirk team executed my loan quickly and as promised with no surprises. You don’t keep coming back to the same provider unless they execute flawlessly. She is 8 for 8!!!! She provided a process with limited involvement on my part and followed through with every detail we needed to close. If we need the 9 th mortgage...Carrie is getting the call!!

My husband and I have bought three houses with Team Nikki Rogers in three different parts of the state over the past year. Her team is extremely responsive and available at all times whenever I needed things or had questions. Two of the three closings were mail away closings and we had no trouble with our closing package and getting it back to the attorney to record in a timely manner.
