I have worked with Jim Bucher on either purchase or refinance options for over 10 years. Every single time, he beats the competition in price, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Charlie Kemp was very professional and easy to reach; always on top of everything and extremely organized. No surprises with this lender. From the beginning, the numbers he gave us were exactly the same ones used to close. Plus he got us one of the lowest rates I have ever seen. We’ve had several home lenders over the years and Marcie stands out as one of the best! I do not recommend doing this to ANY lender (LOL), but we gave her an impossible deadline (we had all our paperwork ready from a recent experience) and she was able to not only meet the deadline, she was extremely responsive and communicated regularly which put us at ease throughout the process.
