We bought our first home with Atlantic Bay. Todd was phenomenal. We could not have been paired with a better mortgage lender. We had all of our questions answered quickly and efficiently. Todd in a outstanding person and asset to Atlantic Bay. Request him for your purchase or refinance and you will not be let down.
Refinance process was seamless even with the Covid-19 lockdown. Ruth was available and responsive with all communications, I would definitely recommend her for anyone needing home financing.
Carrie is the absolute best !!! She was there with all the answers for this first time home buyer and was always available with an awesome attitude and talked me off the ledge when I had my doubts. I was extremely lucky to have her on my team.

Carrie was able to lock me into a great rate during all this market craziness. A rate significantly lower than other lenders. She was able to quickly push my refinancing and was available to answer any and all questions in a more than timely manner.
