I highly recommend Linda Brandt of Atlantic Bay Mortgage. She helped us get a loan for a home purchase in Barnandsville NC. We were out of town during the process and Linda worked with us over the internet to make sure that everything was in place for the closing. She made it very easy for us. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

My husband and I recently bought our first home and many thanks were in order for Kristi! She was with us every step of the way, kept us informed, and was ON TOP of everything. Kevin is top notch! He is a great person and takes pride in his work. He was very responsive and timely and serviced our mortgage from the pre-approval stage until closing. I appreciated his communication on the phone and always felt as if our home purchase was his top priority. I would not hesitate using Kevin in the future and highly recommend him.

We were very lucky to have Carrie as our mortgage banker. Despite us being located across the country, she was able to get us through the lending process with ease. She was able to answer every question we had and took the initiative to attend to all the details we weren’t even aware of. She was pleasant, personable, and patient in every interaction we had and we would gladly work with her again in the future, if the need arises.
