Reece came highly recommended to us and we have used him now on two home purchases and refinancing. He has been great to work with each and every time, and is extremely precise and responsive. Our most recent closing attorney even asked us to pass on a compliment to Reece and his team for being very competent and easy to work with.
My husband and I had a great time working with Theo when buying our first home. He did an excellent job walking us through the process and completed everything in an extremely timely manner. I am a first time home buyer who, with Stacey's help, just closed on their first home! When I started my journey I was working with another broker who rushed me through the process, didn't explain anything to me, was not upfront about their fees but instead told me they were government fees, gave incorrect tax values (much lower than what they actually are, which of course made my payment look lower than it would have been), and would have had me in a terrible loan.
