Josh took my application up front before we even found a house. He had me "approved" in a few days and only needed a contract to get the loan done. This was essential in getting the house we wanted. I was already approved when numerous offers came in and we closed in 2 1/2 weeks. Not a single issue from start to finsih as Josh managed the entire process.

Kevin was recommended to us by our real estate broker and he truly delivered on all expectations! I felt like I could be honest about our financial objectives and Kevin met our needs perfectly. Teresa has been in this industry for years, we have worked with her in the past, would not work with anyone else. She doesn't have 'banker hours' & doesn't shy away from a complicated situation. i have seen this in our situation & that of others of our friends and family who have used her. She is so amazing at what she does, you will not be disappointed if you work with her. We've used her for our primary residence & an investment property. Closed in 30 days both times

Lee Ann and her team were excellent to work with to get my refi done. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Lee Ann was everything her profile states and then some. I could not have asked for a better person to do business with. She helped me to make wise decisions throughout the process of my refi and always available and helpful when I need explanations for things I did not understand. My husband and I moved across the country from Washington to Virginia. Amiee and her team were amazing.
