Just came back from the initial appt at the Columbia location with Dr. Silver. She was informative, patient and the entire staff was awesome. I also received a ten percent discount for being military. I think it goes beyond saying that I observed even as I waited for my dogs appt (because I was really early) that I was able to watch the dynamic between patient and the staff. Love my Dr. (Paola)... Trust him emphatically.. We've now had 5 dogs under his care at one time or another. We explore options, we discuss financial alternatives., we discuss best case scenarios. I'm also never rushed through any appointment. I certainly can't say that about my human doctors from time to time.
Dr. Daniel Petrus (Cromwell Bridge, Towson) is such an amazing internist. He was fabulous with our Golden as well as with my husband and I. He is extremely thorough and does not miss a thing, truly a joy when dealing with a sick furry family member. The facility is also wonderful. We worked with a young man named Andy, who is an assistant in the Internal Medicine division. The fact that our Golden boy loved him so, and that they handled him so well gave us such confidence.
Dr Petrus , Cromwell Bridge Towson , is just what you dream of having in a veterinarian. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring,compassionate and searches for the best solution for your pet. Dr Petrus listens well and takes his time in working with you and your concerns. We are lucky to have him as part of our team.
