Well I had to go wash my towels and stuff by myself because housekeeping ain't come to the room since I been there

Not pet friendly, or no smoking on balcony I didn’t like. Also no arcade, elevator stopped working.

It was a good hotel, my only issues are after 5pm no staff are around (front desk, housekeeping) if you need anything try and get it before hand or your SOL. Pull out bed had a used sheet still on it other than that my family enjoyed
