When we arrived to check in the desk lady gave us 4 different codes to get into our room (we had to go back to a different building where the check in was 4 times) finally got the right code which took about an hour of our time! Got an unexpected tax fee of $160 to stay there after I had already paid in full. Due to covid we had no housekeeping so no cleaning or clean towels were brought we had to go to office and ask for clean towels. Great plce to stay
I liked that the rooms were big and nice. I didn't like the fact that we didn't get any house keeping or fresh towels. There was no sheets for the pull out bed.
Check in was at 4. Our room wasn't ready until almost 6. When it was the kid's bedtime and we pulled the murphy bed down there wasn't any linens or pillows for them and the staff had left for the night. Our key cards were replaced 3 times for not working until they just had to replace the entire lock. A leak or just a faulty seal at the sliding glass door ended up soaking the entire corner of the room and wet the kids clothes in their bag. Amazing Views! I called ahead prior to booking my stay a week in advance to ensure that the pools were open and was told they would open on Monday 5/25/20. I called 45 minutes prior to arriving to see if we would be able to check in early and we were told by Charlene that we could ask to be checked in and we would be allowed to enjoy the resort while waiting for our room to be ready. Don't stay if you want to sleep before 2 a.m. The front desk staff were wonderful! We had received a call the afternoon before and were told that we could check in as early as ten a.m. the next day. When we got there, we were told that our room wasn't ready yet. I explained the phone call & the lady walked away and when she came back, she got us checked in quickly & friendly.
