Perfect for what you pay Perfect location. Friendly staff. The cleanliness and amenities weren't the greatest, but for what we paid we were happy.
WORST ATTITUDE FROM STAFF. BE PREPARED TO ARGUE We arrived at 10am and told our room would be ready at 3 and in the correct building(there's 2) We spent time at the beach after changing in the lobby bathroom. Came back to check in and told 10 minutes ap we brought our luggage in. 2 full luggage racks PACKED. We were then told our room # and went upstairs, that room didn't exist. The elevators was out, I was on the 14th floor so I had to walk a couple of flights to get to my room. Then it was a lock down at the hotel so the elevators was down all together. I walked up 14 flights stairs. I would never stay at this hotel again.
Great area. Hotel showing wear and tear. Average. Building is showing its age. Elevator broke several times. Vending machines empty. Couldn’t even pay for a cup of coffee unless you had exact change. Outside hot tub was dirty.
A clean and spacious condo. Ocean front and plenty of parking
Good location and room was very nice/large however the cooking supplies were lacking. No toaster, only 1 bowl, can opener didn't work, NO baking supplies, no oven mitts, 1 storage bowl and the coffee cups were about 4 oz. Only 1 skillet and it did not have a lid. I asked for assisted numerous times and finally got some help the day before we left. I would however stay here again. Maybe just go out and eat though.
Good view of beach . Rooms aren’t much better than hotel rooms and are outdated. Parking is two lots away from resort which is only bad if it is raining. Overall it is an ok place. I personally would not stay there again.
Great Place! We really like this location. The time of year is perfect! The only negative I have is they had to spray for cockroaches while we were there...(they were quick to address it), I know they deal with them a lot in the south, but I don’t like to see them. Found some even after they sprayed. Maybe there were more because of the hurricane.
Wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean.
