We arrived back at our room to find another family in our room. We did get to stay in our room but the inconvenience wasn’t good. Then we were going to extend our stay one night but the next day we were told there were no rooms available. This is after we were told staying an extra night wouldn’t be a problem. We received no compensation for our troubles.

The oceanfront view was very nice. There wasn't very much cookware available to use during our 5 day 4 night stay. Although we did utilize the grill that was located out by the pool. Overall we had an awesome stay and plan to return again next year!

Greatest Myrtle Beach customer service Taylor and Grant were awesome at checking us in!! They were very busy and handled each family with the same standard and care as the first! I was beyond satisfied with my stay an warm welcome! They were getting us in and out in less than 2 minuets.

Frankly, some of the reviews had me worried but I found our stay to be very pleasing and comfortable. Very close to the ocean, pools and lazy river were great. Everyone was nice and I would return again.

Its great but the room needs to update their blankets and the hotel needs to expand a bit more for the elevator and pools. overall its still good to have a room like that to stay by the beach.
