Very disappointing unit We stayed in the "older" building and it was not like the pictures AT ALL! The sign on the door of unit #202 said it is privately owned. The kitchen only had 2 plates and a few glasses. We purchased plates, glasses, and a dish drainer. The door on the portable pantry was broken. The return vent in the bathroom was so dusty and gross that I cleaned it. Plastic furniture on the balcony was old, dirty,and gross. I tried to clean it to no avail. Had a great condo with beautiful oceanfront views from the 11th floor. Both bedrooms had King sized beds and private baths. The Kitchen had full size appliances. The living room was very spacious..

Ok but ... Older property. The furniture in the room looked like it came out of a frat house. Poor condition and the carpet was gross. Nice view from the 12th floor but the beach was being dredged after the storm so lots of noise all night long. Staff was friendly and helpful but they would not waive the resort fee despite the condition of the property. Even so, for the location, the price for our two bedroom unit was cheaper than two motel rooms elsewhere.

NICE LOCATION. NEEDS UPDATING. BEING THERE RIGHT AFTER A HURRICANE IT WAS BETTER THAN EXPECTED. DONT THINK I WOULD GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL THOUGH. NOT MUCH TO OFFER OTHER THAN POOLS. NO COFFEE EXCEPT IN ROOM, HAD TO WALK A FEW BLOCKS.

Hotel has great views and walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. 2 room suite has lots of room and great views. Furnishings were nice except for the mattress, very poor quality so we did not get a good nights sleep. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They need to enforce the rules better, groups of people at the pool and playing loud music after 11PM. Also smoking in the hot tub and on balconies. Check out is 10AM I feel is a little to early. Parking is 2 lots over from the hotel and not very well lit. House... read more

The staff was nice. The room and property LOOKED clean but there were several roaches in room 855, which was our room. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
