Beach Access Outstanding view of the Ocean from Balcony. Helpful Friendly Staff.

Deposit discrimination at check in Wonderful location, great room, the waterfall at the pool was broken however still nice. My largest complaint would be at checking in. We waited on 4 young adult males checking in with no deposit and family with children with no deposit however we had to pay a hundred dollar deposit due to booking through hotels.com/Expedia.com! And they went ahead and changed my card after I had paid extra to just hold the room with one card and wanted to pay with another.. we also did not get the deposit ... read more

I assure you that no discrimination is taken with our deposit policies, the difference is that guests that book directly with us have a damage insurance built into their rate. Good Experience Came for our honeymoon stayed 6 days enjoyed the stay. Wish we had a bigger bed, but owners control that part. Very nice upgraded condo.

Disappointed Needs updating, ripped bedskirts and carpeting. No hot water for 2 days. After I asked to be moved to another building they accommodated me but didnt offer when I complained about cold showers. I stayed 4 nights but only gave me coffee for 2. Housekeeping was poor.

The service here was pretty bad. As someone in the elevator told me these guys must have all failed hospitality school. Not a quality place to stay by any means. Our rooms were clean so if in a pinch I would stay there again. Only 2 elevators for a large building and only one worked. No one seemed to care when other elevator was reported as not working. We booked a suite with 2 king rooms and when we checked in they asked if that's what I wanted. I said yes. Got up to the suite and it had a king room and a room with twin bed... read more

I am sorry to hear that this experience was not up to yours or our standards. It can be tricky with each room being individually owned because the bedding may vary.. However, it is our job as a management team to make sure that our staff is aware of what is in each room. While bedding requests are not guaranteed, we do try our absolute best to give our guests their request. Close to the beach I booked a room with a balcony, but when i went to the room there was no balcony. I immediately called the front desk clerk ( I can't remember her name) She called me back when she realized that I was in the wrong room. In the meantime she was checking for another room for me. She did locate a room for me which was #151. it was in the main building, and the room was right at the elevator. I was pleased since I had 4 children with me.
