The room was big, but in 5 days stay housekeeping never came in, we had to go to Walmart to buy a vacuum because the carpets were dirty when we got there and no one would come up to clean them. Our socks turned back from walking on the tile floors and carpets. Other than that it was a pleasant stay, the staff was nice just not very helpful and the parking is two streets over from the hotel.
Condo on the beach The location was fantastic. The condo size was perfect for a family of four. Front desk staff was good about letting us check in early upon arrival at no additional cost and allowed us to check out an our late as well as providing us with a courtesy key to be able to use the pools and facilities/lockers after we checked out. Location is excellent The location is excellent and the staff were very helpful.
Buzzing noise. There was a constant beeping coming from the doors beside the elevator. Called both days we were there and the problem was never solved. My daughter and I had to sleep with ear plugs but even that did not fully solve the issue and we both slept terrible. We were there for a cheer competition and thankful we didn’t have an early morning show time.
Home away from home We stay here every time we travel! Awesome atmosphere, friendly staff and very accommodating. We always recommend this property to our friends and family!
