Nice hotel but Nice and clean hotel. They put us in the north tower, and had to walk a block to the other hotel for the lazy river and hot tub. The north tower only has one elevator so we was stuck waiting at least ten minutes each use. Having to park a block away, and having to walk to it every day was a little bit ridiculous. Hate leaving my car a block away and walking back to the hotel at night through alleys. Dear Shell, The North Tower has the same beautiful views and spacious rooms as the South Tower. However, the convenience of having the majority of the pools in the same building sometimes lends the South Tower a bit of an advantage. Fees Parking is rediculous. Have to park 2 blocks away. One lot has no lights. Don't know if there is security, but with all the fees collected I would hope so. Fees are getting out of control. Booked thru Hotels.com. and paid the taxes and fees. Got to the hotel and had to pay them taxes and fees also. Room rate was 87.00 per night. Ended up paying almost 500.00 for 3 nights.

Through the resort we collect the resort fee/ departure cleaning fee and taxes. I am sorry that this was not more clearly explained before check in but I hope it doesn't discourage you from considering us for future trips to the area.
Very enjoyable stay. We enjoyed our stay very much. The Staff at the check in was very friendly. Room was clean with a beautiful view at the ocean and beach. Enjoyed sitting on the privacy balcony in the morning and over look the ocean. The convenience of the hotel was great , just a few minutes anyway from the main strip on ocean Blvd. Overall it was wonderful just what we were looking for. We will be back.

The staff was very friendly. They upgraded us to a larger room for the same price. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

The unit they assign will make the difference Our original condo had filthy furniture. I asked for a room change and explained the red chair was black with dirt. They were able to move us the next day. The second room was wonderful. I guess your stay depends on the owners attention to their unit. The condo itself was very nice. The staff was excellent. The location was wonderful and the water view balcony was beautiful. The condos were well equipped and the maid service was excellent. All in all it was a positive experience ... read more

There was a little issue at the beginning with my room but when I got there it was resolved quickly and the staff was very kind. The room had a great view and we had no issues with cleanliness. The housekeeping was nice and always on time. The pool was good and we enjoyed spending a lot of time there. Aside from the issue at the beginning we had a great time and loved our vacation at Myrtle Beach!

Average hotel right on the beach This resort is very dated. The carpeting is very worn and furniture is old. However our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. As far as the kitchen equipment, dishes etc. that was lacking. The pool area was very nice and clean. The view, phenomenal!
