The room reserved was to be 1 queen and 3 twin beds and upon arrival we were given 1 king and 1 queen for a family of 5. No other rooms available for the first night but moved to another room for the rest of our stay. Staff was not very accommodating. Facility is a little outdated but was clean.

fine stay Parking was a small issue, but overall it was a good trip and stay

My stay at atlantica is nice motel that owes me de Stay was ok my wife did cleaning except for changing sheets and that only happened one time staff entering room. My wife even took trash out to housekeeping cart an staff started giving towels only when we asked. So I'm expecting the deposit for room back because the room was cleaner when we left than was when arrived I asked since wife done all cleaning do we still have to pay that expense an answer was yes cuz they had to change sheets when we left so only put sheets on be... read more

Room not so clean, front desk didnt care "sad" I requested rooms next to each other but that didnt happen, they had us in different building's. No trash can in second bathroom and in the other bathroom toilet was clogged and stains under the seat. Trash still in the closet. Only had one elevator in our building and housekeeping uses the same one. I could go on!!

The overall stay was nice, being i had already read the reviews i kinda knew what to expect. My kids had fun, i would go back and stay there. The only negatives were that housekeeping never came to my room at all. We had to wash our own towels n wash clothes. And the room could use some updating.

Ehhh My family stayed here 7/22 - 7/29 room 757. The staff was average but very helpful. There was a long line to check in but it only took 10 - 15 mins to check in. Rooms: The room was organized for our visit (beds made, towels in the bathrooms, dishes cleaned). The wall could use some new paint. The carpet and floors was dirty, we had to wear slippers the whole time there. One of the bath tub was clogged. This is my 2nd time going i fell in love with the hotel room and the area the 1st time i went and 2nd time was just as great! Next to the beach and down the streets from stores and rides!
