Stick with it Upon arival we were put in tower 1 which was under construction at the time. One speaking to the front desk they quickly moved us to the main tower and we were very pleased after that. At first we were disappointed but the customer service was amazing and we were not ready to leave once moved. Great location, clean, and hopefully the separate tower will look like the main tower for our next visit!

Elevator was slow whenever we were goin up or down but other than that the stay was great an we will return..

April weekend beach visit. Room 201 in annex Disappointed in the facility. Ice machine on our building was not working. Staff didnt know until I called and it appeared the machine had not been working for a while. Did not have linens for all beds. The bathtub was repaired with white duct tape. Bugs in the building. AC in our room was set on recommended 68 degrees, but never cooled below 72. The hallway was cooler than our room. The refrigerator was cool, but the freezer never worked. Perfect location it was okay, not as formal at check in as most of your other hotels, cleaning staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was nice, plenty of space.The location was perfect
