Very nice hotel, wonderful view. I'll go back again. Loved watching the dolphins playing in the surf, lazy river very nice, room was spacious and very clean, I just wish my trip had been a bit longer.

Don't stay in Tower 1 Check-in: staff made no effort to be friendly and put us in Tower 1. This place was under construction and looked sketchy, at best. Asked immediately to be moved and was accomodated to Main building. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay after getting settled in the main building. This condo is old and elevator is very slow but still had a lovely time. We were on the 5th floor and the beach and pools were handy and a lot of fun, maintenance guys were very friendly but desk staff was NEVER friendly. DVD check out ... read more
Wonderful Vacation Loved the room... Housekeeping was really nice... Customer service at front was really nice... I would stay there again...
El hotel bien, la limpieza para nada c pararon en mi cuarto y las picsinas cerradas de ahí en fuera todo bien
staff was rude at check in, i was charged extra fee and my room wasnt cleaned the next day jus gave fresh towels no new bedding
