RecommendedIf I could give Atlas a hundred stars I would! We had one of their techs come do an inspection and he said we needed a part replaced on one of our units and shot us a price. We didn’t call to schedule it for awhile but when we did, they sent a tech right over to look again. This tech determined there was nothing wrong with the part and it did not need replaced (the first tech had since been terminated from their employment). Ola came out yesterday 3/17. He came on time, diagnosed the problem and explained exactly what was going on in a way that was easy enough for me to understand. I appreciated the fact that I was able to get service the same day I called and for a reasonable price. I’ll definitely be using Atlas again as I also signed up for the service contract with Ola as well.

Fantastic service!! We just bought a home and had a problem with the duct work. Our real estate agent suggested Atlas, and we were very pleased with the company from the appointment setting, to the professionalism of the technicians that came to fix our issue. As a veteran myself, I've contracted Atlas Heating and Air on several occasions. Last week (10/15) they changed out my entire HVAC system and the technicians (Jamie, Pal and John) were prompt, professional and did an excellent job. Thanks guys!

Best in Augusta. During the busiest time of the summer my AC broke down. Atlas got me two fast appointments. One to diagnose the problem and the second after the needed part had been ordered and received. Both technicians, David and Robert, were very proficient. I have used Atlas Heating and Air Conditioning for years. The General Manager believes in great service the first time and all the time. He has come to my house on a Sunday Morning to take care of a a/c unit situation. The office staff is always friendly. I always recommend them, the workers work steadily and efficiently and answer all question politely.
