RecommendedI called Atlas this morning hoping to get a same-day appointment to top off our downstairs unit. Not only did they have an appointment available, the technician called in advance to arrive an hour early - plenty of time to make arrangements on my end to make that possible. What a pleasure to find an honest HVAC company! After six visits from two other HVAC companies and wasting endless amounts of time waiting for them to actually show up, a friend recommended Atlas. They showed up within an hour, CORRECTLY diagnosed the problem, explained in detail what why when how and where, and made sure I understood everything that needed to happen. Daniel was excellent, obviously highly skilled and polite. I would highly recommend this company!

I just had an emergency service done on my heater as it had gone down this morning as the temperatures were dipping into the 20's. From when I made my initial call to when Atlas was at my door was under 30 min! This was a Saturday service and I expected to have to wait a week if not more. Mr. Cutlip was very helpful and friendly. He explained what the problem was and how it could be fixed. The problem was traced back to faulty wiring that had melted a fuse in a disconnect box. We recently used Atlas to resolve a problem with our Air/Heating unit. Right away Mr. Cutlip determined the problem and corrected the issue. A/C went out after hours (of course)...Pat came out and spent two hours in my warm attic making repairs and getting our "cool" back on. This level of professional customer service has all but vanished. If you need any HVAC work done (commercial or residential), you cannot go wrong with Atlas!
I was extremely pleased with their customer service. I called them on a Friday night asking for someone to come over take a look at my AC. Immediately, Mr. Patrick gave me a call. He asked me to shut my system down for a few hours and turn it back up; if after doing this my system was still not cooling properly, to give him a call and arrange a visit.
