RecommendedI was extremely pleased with their customer service. I called them on a Friday night asking for someone to come over take a look at my AC. Immediately, Mr. Patrick gave me a call. He asked me to shut my system down for a few hours and turn it back up; if after doing this my system was still not cooling properly, to give him a call and arrange a visit. RecommendedDaniel Raider helped me out with a remodeling job earlier this year. The house had an old gas furnace and no AC. We switched to all electric and replaced EVERYTHING. Daniel coordinated schedules with the other contractors on site to make everything go smoothly. They were able to fit the new inside unit in the same space the furnace was in, but had to run new ducts and of course new lines to the outside unit. All around great job. I will not hesitate to use them again for my next project.
I just had my HVAC serviced with Atlas by Daniel R and his associate, and I was very impressed. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, kept me informed about everything they were doing, and the cost of the service was more than reasonable.
