Jacob was a dream come true considering how many times others have attempted to try and sell our house. He masterfully executed selling our house while we are currently living out of state. He provided daily updates and recommendations to get the most value out of the house. Even though we went in expecting to break even on the sale, he netted us a considerable profit that set us up financially. I was so lucky to have Jacob recommended to us and would highly recommend him to anyone in our situation.

We had to sell our home in the midst of COVID and we were concerned. Mike came in, priced the home just right, and we sold after the first weekend of showings for more than the listing price. We got JB through a generic Zillow listing. After discussing our quick move situation due to employment, JB set up several listings to accommodate our timetable. He listened to our wants/needs and was very responsive if/when we needed to make changes. JB worked hard on our first offer with some creative solutions to get the deal done. However, this changed very quickly, as Bryan was responsive, very knowledgeable, thorough, diligent, and an absolute advocate on our behalf.
