Shelby was a joy to work with. She was very hands off as we looked at different houses and we didn't feel pressured whatsoever to rush our decision. She has made the purchase of our first home so smooth and seamless. We were not local when we found the house we wanted, so she visited the house and virtually walked us around to show us every room. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with JB. Everything went just as he said and the process was very quick. Jim helped me identify an investment property to purchase that provided an attractive investment as well as met my goals for the type of property that I was interested in and the price point that I was comfortable with. We identified several possible properties and he spent the time walking me through the pros and cons of each option to identify the best fit for me. He helped me through the entire process from the initial purchase through a renovation and finally securing a positive appraisal to complete the financing.

Jacob was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Even when we had a few issues with closing on our new home on time, we were confident that he was working behind the scenes to get everything worked out. Other than the delay itself, which was not Jacob's fault, he made sure everything else was as easy and painless as possible.
