Shelby was the most amazing real estate agent throughout the home buying process, so I would 100% recommend using her if you plan to buy and/or sell your house. She goes above and beyond for her clients. Shelby is one of the best realtors I have worked with. She was reliable from the beginning of my buying journey until closing. I never had to worry about forgetting to complete a task during the process since Shelby was always on top of it and had exceptional attention to detail. She worked with my husband and I for months to find us the right home and deal, and was extremely patient throughout the whole process. Shelby was incredible to work with when purchasing my investment property. I had to go through a 1031 exchange, which she was able to walk me through. She negotiated with the seller a price a never thought I would get. She has a deep understanding of the Denver market, and was able to guide me on where to buy. If I could give Shelby more than 5 stars, I would. She is truly amazing and working with her was a wonderful experience. She listened and was able to find us many great options to look at. She introduced us to areas we did not even know existed and we love our new home. We could not have done it without her. Absolutely outstanding!
