It was easy to make an appointment and even were able to change the day to an earlier one when we needed. Friendly, helpful and did the work in a timely manner. They were able to give us a ride to a local store so we could shop while our car was serviced. They also picked us up after a phone call.

We had a problem with our gas filler tube right after we purchased our Audi Q5. This was taken care of, which could of been a very expensive repair.

Clean, efficient, professional. Great email and text alert system (although I didn't need several prior to our visit). We were on time for our appointment yet the day after our visit, we received an email and a text saying we had missed our appointment while other texts and email followups thanked us for coming for our service. More work needs to be done on this part of your service organization. However Matt helped us identify a 2020 Q5 that we ended up buying the next day.
