Everything was very nice, there was a place to sit and wait that was not regular waiting room. My I phone was not connected and they connected for me I also requested to have someone go over a few things technical issues that I have forgot how to use. And they said someone would call me to set up an appointment for that

Excellent and caring service team. My car needed a part ordered after the regular service check-up and since I had a loaner, Matthew did his best(and succeeded) in working around my schedule and let me keep the loaner for a few days so I made only one trip to get my service completed.
