Clean, efficient, very well appointed service area. I enjoy waiting for my car here, it has everything I need. Covid-19 restrictions were well followed.

Rob returned our call within hours and informed us a 2021 Q5 had just arrived. We were due to turn in our 2018 Q5 lease in December. We were able to see the 2021 Q that same afternoon. Rob let us know we could turn our leased vehicle early and were able to get this new car right away. They made the process so seamless and easy! We love how easy it is to get the car serviced at this location as well. Premier has a great team, and we are happy to be customers!
