Super friendly & helpful staff... Andrea was fantastic! Michael the shuttle driver was also very friendly and quick to drop me off & pick up! Everyone made me feel like I’ve known them for years! Lol
I had winter tires installed on my 2017 A4, Adi was great as well as the technician Nabeel Salim , Adi made sure I didn’t have to wait long and the job was well executed, Thank you Adi you are great
I phoned the same day I wanted to take my car in and it was no problem. I had a crazy issue(pinecone in the drive shaft) but they found it right away...... very pleased!
I needed a battery put in my vehicle at the last minute. Ankit was very helpful and the technician ( I think his name was Selvakumar Velummylum ) got the battery in and out very quickly while I waited. I highly recommend Audi of Mississauga to anyone who values friendly people and great service. Also on a side note, the parts department was incredibly helpful in answering my winter tire questions while I waited. I will be booking my car in for a new winter package soon!
