I went there for them to do the 2 recalls on my car. They mentioned it would take around 4 hours. Unfortunately, it took a little longer than that but on the upside they let me use an A6 S-Line as a loaner. So no complaints about that! As far as the service department goes, everyone there was friendly. One rep had to help me use the complicated coffee machine they have in the waiting area.
