For about a month i had a problem with my 2009 Audi a4 quattro, it was making a very annoying noise and was o ly getting worse. Audi of Mississauga helped me because i described the noise to the mechanic and after a small drive down the street he knew right away what the problem was. The parts i needed were in stock and my car was fixed at a fair price. Drives smooth, no noise and a complimentary wash. There is a truly exceptional team of people here! I have been a customer of Audi of Mississauga for 15 years and have been dealing with the same people since day 1. I suspect this is unheard of in the industry. Yes they have made mistakes and yes there have been troubles but most important is the fact that I have never been ignored. The five-star rating comes from the effort the entire team puts in each and every time to make the experience absolutely first class!
