" Poor Finance person equals bad feelings about dealer !" The Sales staff and Service department were great, however the guy doing the paper work was rude ( did not accept my disability nor the legal way that I compensate for it) and then sent the wrong paper work to the State nor would he do all that he should have done. I always thought Tonkin was better than this. Maybe the "finance guy" was upset that I did not use his money.
