"Service for two recalls" Great customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable service advisors. Answered all my questions. My car was completely cleaned when service was finished. Smelled clean inside. At different service establishments my car has smelled horrible after the service. The curtesy car is an extra bonus especially since I have to drive over 100 miles to get to Audi Wilsonville. Always enjoy my experience here.
"Great Service, Everytime" I have purchased 3 vehicles total from the dealership (2 audis and a Toyota) and have had all service, maintenance and parts work done here. Service is always great, price is fair and the team is very accommodating. Have recommended them several times to friends and family.

"Safety recall." Everything from start to finish was effortless. Great experience. I could schedule at a time convenient to me. I had to wait for the vehicle, which was no problem, as I had access to a good work space, coffeem water, snacks.

"Very fast service" I was given a 1:00 pm appointment to deliver my vehicle for a recall service, and at 4:00 pm I got a call that my car would be ready at 5:00 pm, but that the service department was open until 6:00 pm. Everything was ready, and my car had even been washed!
