"Best car buying experience!" Dealing with Wilsonville Audi was a very pleasurable experience. Joe H. was so knowledgable about the Audi's, in how they compared to Range Rover, Mercedes and BMW. "A true 5 star experience1" First time in for a 15K service on our Q5. It was akin to entering a four star hotel for the first time. Greeted by person at outside desk (sorry did not catch his name), but very professional. He took me in and introduced me to Dee Sanchez who was more like a concierge than service representative. "Cool , Easy and fast transaction " Mr.Scott Bowman is very efficient and good person to take care of the sale . He gives good info on the vehicle which makes us easy to decide on the vehicle we wish to buy . All together its a good dealership with good sales executives . They have good stock also .

And drove the other car off to the dealership in Portland and we went off to a wedding! Very easy! He even loaded everything in the New Vehicle for me!!
"Treated us fairly and did not try any pressure" Josh Jeffrey was excellent, handled the transaction professionally, and offered us reasonable prices for our trade-ins. In all, the whole process was painless, even to my wife who hates the process. The only hiccough was a delay to get to the finance guy, but that was because one of the two had called in sick, leaving the one guy to double to workload. Probably the best dealer experience I have had buying a car.
