DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This place is a FRAUD. Where do I begin. I called and asked if they excepted my dental coverage, which they replied yes. I have never ever had a dentist say yes but fail to mention they are out of network ever!!!!! In my 41 years of life! They get me in there for 2 hours doing 3 separate images (Unnecessary )! Then throughout the duration attempting to get me to by bleaching ( my teeth are exceptionally white) or to buy a 3000k snore guard cause he assumes I grind my teeth ( which I do not). OMG, this facility is fantastic! I had a crown placed and from the start, the building is beautiful, the staff was very welcoming. Dr.Dyer is absolutely wonderful, her assistant Hannah was great. Everything was explained and the experience was not painful or scary. Leslie the office manager was kind and very helpful. I highly recommend Augusta SmileCare.
Sammie Jo did an amazing job on my dental cleaning today! The experience was wonderful from the time I walked in the door and spoke with Katelyn, to receiving my cleaning, meeting with Dr. Dyer, and leaving while seeing Kristen’s and Leslie’s smiling faces. I LOVE AUGUSTA SMILE CARE!!! Seriously I am scared to death of dentists..I left a dentist I was seeing because of his bedside manner..He scared me..At this place the people are FANTASTIC!! FRIENDLY, WELCOMING, CARING..MY kinda people... The dentist was the nicest , sweetest dentist I've met in my lifetime...In this day and age most doctors and dentists care more about the money and see you as just another body just an addition to their bank account...He genuinely cared about me and my issues. Dr. Sara Dyer is a great dentist. She is very caring and listens to your concerns. The entire staff is super nice. I love coming to this dentist and I recommend it to anyone looking for a dentist.
