Drove 2.5 hours to look at a vehicle. Already had a pre-approval but the sales man insisted he needed all of my information to run it again, however after checking with Chase, he was lying to me, which I knew and called him out for. They were selling a high mileage vehicle, with a ripped seat, and filthy visors, and missing a key fob, which they said they’d sell me for multiple hundred dollars, for outside of what KBB had it priced at on the highest end. explain to me how they wanted me to pay 711$ a month for a car saying 17% interested said my credit was bad when I told them I got pre-approved they said my pre-approval was wrong then I go to lou fusz 2 days later for the same car different color for 400$ a month at 7% interest what a joke will never recommend this place

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership. I live three hours away, and I was lured into their dealership with an excessive trade-in value that they text me. Once I was there, they love all my trade-in by five or $6000. I have a feeling they lure customers into their dealership on a regular basis using this predatory sales technique.

If you are looking for salesmen that are blood hungry to sell cars that have major mechanical issues this is the place! Test drove a $60,000 car 10 min later it’s leaking black liquid. Was told “it’s just condensation” Never heard of black condensation leaking from the catalytic converter area! Don’t remember the salesmen’s name. He was dumpy and very hungry for a sale. Definitely wouldn’t recommend buying a vehicle here. Don’t point out anything major wrong with a vehicle because the salesman is so pushy and hungry for a sale they will try to squash any questioning! To quote ANTHONY “enjoy your piece of sh!t car with 191,000 miles on it”. This is what Anthony the salesman screamed at a customer. This was the encounter I witnessed while looking at a car with my grandson. A gentleman was buying a car and I guess oil was spewing out of it. Hi, I bought a car in Nov and sent back paperwork to get everything done in early December. I now can’t drive my car as my temp plates are expired and I can’t get your team to respond. I have been emailing, texting and calling Randy Fields, Bre and Jerry for over a month to ask for an update on finalizing my paperwork. Your team is unresponsive and now I can’t drive my new car. If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. First of all, their internet price is very deceiving. You only get that price if you trade in a vehicle and use Nissan financing, otherwise $1500 is added onto the internet price to purchase the car. This is mentioned in their fine print somewhere on the website. DONT RECCOMEND Quick to get you to buy a car. Will give the keys to just anyone after you’ve paid for the car & deny that they’ve signed the bill of lading with damage. My vehicle arrived with damage. All I asked for was to help pay for half the damages and was denied. It’s all about the big guys screwing over the little guys. Not any help. Would absolutely take your business elsewhere.

Never EVER by from this dealership, oh they will help you in every way to get in a car, but as soon as you leave with that car off the lot, they don’t want anything to do with you!
