Don’t buy a car here. If you have problems you will just keep getting jerked around over and over with the manager and other staff stating they will call you back but never do. When you ask for an update, it’s always pushed back. They owe my girlfriend a sales tax check for tax that was included in the deal and paid to the dealer but they are dragging their feet on cutting the check that is rightfully ours in order to register our vehicle. Take your business elsewhere to avoid these potential headaches.

We purchased a Nissan Rogue from them. We worked with a young man, I won't name names. They did not give us a title. We purchased said car on 3-11-23. It is 3-20-23 now, we still haven't recieved the title. I called multiple times about it and they lied multiple times about when we would be getting it. So NO. I WOULND'T RECOMMEND THEM.

Was working with Christian Garn and was looking into a car and financing. Asked if we could do financing over the phone or online due to the distance. We were advised we could and he would send us the information needed. Well we didn’t receive anything and after 4 days and a few messages it seems he has Ghosted me. Not a great car buying experience.

I've been a loyal Nissan customer since 2005. Every 3 years I lease a new Nissan. I'm on my 6th and my LAST. The tires have been a problem from the beginning, wearing extremely and unnaturally quickly

Terrible dealership. Worst customer service. I traded a 2018 Ram in and TOLD THEM when they asked if it had been in any accidents and I said YES that I had hit a deer and had the back window busted out and cab corners repaired (was like 25k in damage) and they ignored my response and marked the truck as accident free when they listed and sold it. I went to Texas and bought my new truck because auto center wanted me to give them $1,000.00 to hold a truck they would not give a final price so if I didn’t buy the truck I lost my money. AND they wanted to sell a used demo truck for new price it was a 2021. I flew to Texas and got a 2023 same package for a lot less. Shame on you Auto Centers. You lost a loyal customer. It’s sad when I can fly to Texas and buy a truck for less than buying local.
