I purchased my 2021 Pro4X, which I still own and love, in 2021. I’ve since refinanced and was informed that I would receive a refund on the GAP that I had purchased and financed through Capital One. I’ve reached out to Capital One, who said it was up to the independent GAP and warranty company EFG Service. I reached out to them, then told to contact the finance department of the dealership. Had a recent issue with my check engine light on, dealership said wires were chewed up by mice causing the check engine light to occur. They repaired the issue only for my light to come back on moments later. Another technician examined it and said bad oxygen sensor which was NEVER mentioned by this dealership. This place committed fraud and negligence and should not be trusted. Don't buy from this dealership!
