excellent customer service A few weeks ago I purchased a 2013 Volkswagen passat from this dealership. My experience was the best I ever had attempting to buy a car. I was at the dealership an hour before they closed and David was on the phone working out a deal the minute I walked in. Fantastic experience! A couple of weeks ago our family car was totaled when another driver ran a red light. That put us in a situation where we needed to buy a replacement, quickly. We made a purchase from a different dealer just out of state trying to take advantage of what we thought was good pricing. It turned into the worst experience we've ever had buying a car. Ever. FANTASTIC SERVICE My spouse and I give thanks to Steve and staff for outstanding customer service. For years I only bought my cars from Toyota dealerships and this was my first time purchasing a car from a local dealer. The pricing of their vehicles is fair market value and Steve helped us to get a better interest rate than what was given to us via USAA. Second Purchase - as great as the first Just bought our second car from AutoLeader in three years. Both times have been a very great experience , from the test drive to the buying experience to the occasional tying up of loose ends post-sale. Would highly recommend to anyone.
