Great experience After visiting with many other car dealerships, it was a breath of fresh air to come across Autoleader! The staff was friendly, straightforward, and answered all my questions clearly. I was nervous about purchasing a car from a smaller dealership but they offer a great warranty and the car I purchased was in better condition than most of the others I had already seen. I couldn't be happier with my new car and I will gladly look to them for future purchases!

Refreshingly different from most car dealers! What a breath of fresh air! Dealing with Jeremy and Dave was a pleasant experience. None of the usual dealer tactics - they were upfront and honest with no high pressure sales! We got a great deal on a great car and the process was simple and fast. Luis Rodriguez ower of DIversiied Contracting LLC I found a GMC work truck on the internet at this dealership. The General Manager David Engelman helped me with the purchase. He made the deal very simple and we completed the transaction via the internet and US mail service. David set up delivery of the truck to Knoxville, TN. Best Dealer yet! We dealt with Dave, the manager to purchase our Ford 150 truck. We found him to be honest, true to his word - keeping all his promises. He was always available to take our calls about the truck (even on his day off), before and after the purchase. This place was very easy to work with This place was very easy to work with. They do not try to sell you a bunch of add on garbage like these other dealers. No gimmicks, high pressure sales tactics or other general sleaziness. Just a straight up in and out in 30 minute sale. Great place to deal with I've bought many vehicles over the years. Always kind of hated and loved the game. I was very happy with my experience at Autoleader. They carry a surprisingly good sized inventory of clean, low mileage vehicles. My wife and I were treated with courtesy, respect and honesty. We got a nice vehicle at a nice price. Both Jeremy and David are great guys. I would definitely recommend Autoleader to a friend and the next time I am in the market for another vehicle, I will most certainly be back.
Positive buying experience We found the sales person, Raphael, and manager, David, to be helpful and easy to deal with. They answered our questions about the used car we were interested in, and quickly resolved a few small issues we expressed concern about. We bought a 2014 Honda Civic Plugin Hybrid from them today and are excited about our "new" car!
