Excellent service My experience as a customer in search of a good vehicle at a great price was very pleasing. David and his associates met all of my expectations and took care of all my needs pertaining to my vehicle purchase.
Straight talk, right car, customer service! AutoLeader is an excellent family-owned dealer and repair in Baltimore. The office isn't posh and the main lot is crowded and kitty-corner across the street. Don't let that discourage you: What they do, the do well. David and his team communicate straight up without the hinky feel so typical of used car sales. They also deal in some nice vehicles. A little bit of a drive for us, but well worth it! We were looking for a particular car and when this one showed on Cars.com, I immediately called David at Auto Leader. He answered many of my questions on the phone, and then when I asked if the car had been a 'smoker' he did not know, but volunteered to run across the street, sit in it for a few (it was a hot sunny day) and call me back. Great Car Dealer I was in the market for a Mazda 6 and found exactly what I was looking for at Auto Leader. The car was in excellent condition with low mileage at a fair price. My credit union was closed so Dave provided alternate financing at the same rate. I initially purchased the extended warranty but changed my mind. The paperwork was completed but Dave removed the warranty without any problems or pressure. I did not expect that. best experience ever!!! I was in the market for a new vehicle and had been doing my due diligence in regards to research. Friendly, Fast and Great. I recently bought a used VW Golf from this dealer and the service was great. Earlier that day my 1998 Jeep Cherokee broke down, after being sick of repairs after repairs, I decided it was time for something more reliable.
