I had a bad inter-counter with a different Honda service area but not with AutoNation!!! Jr was so kind and helpful. He explained whats required to be maintenance and wasn’t looking into mislead me into doing what wasn’t needed.
RecommendedReceived outstanding customer service from Service Advisor Jennifer Schwartz and Parts Dept. Tony Filipatos. There was a minor situation with my driver’s side car mat getting soiled but Jennifer and Sylvia Drwila ensured it was cleaned to my satisfaction. Three thumbs up! 👍👍👍
Five Stars all the way. Phil Hofer is an excellent salesperson and very knowledgeable about the product. I have purchased many cars over the years and can honestly say that dealing with him made this experience one of the best. His overall demeanor is not like that of a typical salesperson and was a welcome change. If I could have, I would have bought 2 CRV's from him. Great guy and nice clean dealership to visit.

I'm from out of state and left my car at O'Hare for a trip. On return, I had to get brake service for my 2004 Honda before going home. I tried AutoNation because it was Honda and close to O'Hare. They diagnosed the problem very quickly, gave me a quote for the brake work and for other problems they identified, with recommendations as to priorities. The work was done in a few hours for a reasonable price and I was on my way. They turned a real hassle into a sunny day. I feel very lucky to have taken my car to AutoNation.
My mum and dad needed to upgrade their car to something that was easier for dad to get into. We came here because it was close and we dealt with Phil. He did a great job and was super patient with my elderly parents and didn't put pressure on to upsell out of their budget range. We really appreciated that. There was a wide range of choice on the lot and the place was busy. One negative however was how long each step took and the piles of paperwork.
