I bought a new Civic on Saturday. So far, so good! Had a great experience with sales person Jericho, would definitely recommend him to others. He took the time to explain details and options and answered all questions.
Service people are always pleasant and do a great job. Never had a problem.
Char in service is terrific! All work done as requested and prices reasonable. Great waiting room. Car washed as part of service. I originally bought my 2008 Accord here, and just returned last week to have factory recalls taken care of. I was pleased with the courtesy shown to me by all in the service dept, but especially Char. They checked car for routine maintenance and quoted prices that I thought were high, but son said they were very reasonable so I returned and had them done.
Purchased used CIVIC 2005. I highly recommended Autonation Honda O'Hare. Buying used car can be pretty tough if you don't know what you're really doing. But the sales rep here are amazing, they are there to help you. I was contacted right away by Voltaire after sending an inquiry for more pictures. Met with Lance who is super nice. He was very patient and took very good care of the customer. He never push for me to make a purchase, very laid back.
