Spencer in service was very friendly and nice to deal with.
Service staff was excellent. Brought my Civic in due to an issue with my blutooth operation. Spencer listened to my problems/issues in a very pleasant and professional manner. Couldn't be happier with everyone involved!

My last issue with my current 2015 Honda Civic SI, coupe was the following: SYMPTOM The CHECK SYSTEM message is displayed with the MIL on and DTC P16F7 ( starter inhibitor relay stuck on ) POSSIBLE CAUSES The clutch is partially pressed causing a misdetection of P16F7 CORRECTIVE ACTION Update the PGM-FI software That issue got fixed for me only on my second visit so that wasn't too nice but considering the software issues can get really tricky it's understandable + everything got fixed on the 2nd visit in a reasonable amount... read more
