Always good customer service. Never wait when I arrive. They go thru all the necessary services due at that time. The work is always good and they keep me up to date if they do find anything wrong. They discuss all the repair options and have never tried to talk me into something I don’t need.

Toney waller was my sales guy. AutoNation Nissan. He was great friendly helpful and got me in my car that I drive today. Somehow in a trip I managed to get a screw in the sidewall of my tire. Thank you Matt for not trying to up sell me for two tires. I can’t tell you how valued as a woman customer that honesty goes a long way.

Wait with appointment was a bit longer than I was told but customer waiting area is comfortable with large tv, several chairs, free coffee and bottled water and a (temperature wise) cool atmosphere. Have been coming here for over a dozen years and AutoNation has earned my trust and future vehicle purchases. Had my car fixed with Ken and I am satisfied with the service. Whatever problems I had with the car was solved and I was given a rental to manage the days without the car. So yes I am pleased with their work and their use of the extended warranty that save my a ton of money.
