The Sales Team at this location is wonderful but the Service Department is awful! Each time I have come in for service they didn’t have records of my contract. Had to go to Finance to get this straightened out. This last week I had to wait for my car as I didn’t have a ride home. I had an appointment at 11:30 and I was still waiting at 2;30. They don’t offer shuttle service either. I don’t understand why they overbook if they don’t have the personnel to get the job done. This is very frustrating.

It wouldn’t be fair to give 5 stars since I only had business with the service department. Although I don’t agree with the many things they say need repairing on my car, they took care of the recalls I sent there for and the service technician, Ryan, was very professional and treated me nicely and with respect. He offered suggestions on what to repair first and foremost, answered all my questions in what I regard as very truthfully. Although the recalls took 4 hours to complete while I waited, I’d return if necessary.

Oil change time completed was excellent. Did not take unnecessary time to wash as they noticed that my truck was clean

Maria Mejia is a rock star! ! She was very informative, personable, and knowledgable. Welcomed us as we walked in the door, worked me in without an appointment and showed extreme concern while I described my issues regarding the necessary work needed to be done on my girl "Graycee". Service Advisor, David Tran was amazing. He answered all of my questions, gave a few recommendations for breakfast near by, and he is always smiling with an upbeat attitude. We will definitely be back for future maintenance.

Great dealership & staff. Would usually rate at 5 * but was disappointed there were no rental cars available for 3 days while my car being serviced. Representative adjusted bill 10% which I appreciated but really needed a car those days.

I am very happy with the service I've received when I've brought our Altima in for routine maintenance services. The representative always tells me what will be done and the base price (before taxes). There is a comfortable waiting room, which I've used. There are comfortable chairs and a television and restrooms.

Went to Auto Nation Nissan to service my 1999 Altima. Mike Martinez was my service advisor and took care of everything as usual. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and had me in/out quickly.
